Kyle Cadolino spent more than 20 years inside Long Island dealerships. He started on the lot managing inventory, earned his way onto the sales floor, and moved into management fast. For five years he ran the sales operation as General Sales Manager at Atlantic CJDR. For six more he served as General Manager of Empire CJDR, responsible for every desk, every deal, and every number in the building.
That vantage point taught him exactly how dealerships price vehicles, structure financing, and protect their margin. It also showed him how much time buyers lose to a process built around the store instead of the customer. The waiting room. The back-and-forth. The trips to "check with the manager."
So he switched sides. Kyle founded Long Island Auto Source to put two decades of insider knowledge to work for the buyer.
